We'll be singing songs from various spiritual traditions, to co-create a beautiful, heart opening ceremonial space.

An uplifting day in which to relax, restore and return to our heart-centred selves, exploring the eternal theme of Love through the sacred art of Mandala painting.

Our shared exploration will include guided visualisation, talking circles, sacred geometry and the resonance of colour to awaken and attune us to the frequency of Love; igniting inspiration, to channel through our wise hands, into drawing and painting a mandala design.

This series of workshops, taking place over the course of a year, offers space for us to explore ways to achieve greater agency in our daily lives, by making wise, informed choices that can improve the wellbeing of our body, mind and spirit. Each workshop can be attended as a one off, or you can continue the journey through all of the seasons.
