Centre edit 1.jpg

Venue: Derwenlas Village Hall,  Machynlleth, SY20 8TN

A restful day of meditative art practice, inspired by the beauty and medicine of the rose.

The workshop will include guided visualisation, the sacred geometry of nature, traditional herbalism and Ayurvedic wisdom, as we explore the medicine, beauty and symbolism of the Rose.

Drawing geometry and mandala painting invites a meditative sense of calm reflection; a place to play, process, acknowledge the divinity within all things and how the oneness expresses through us. The design becomes imbued with the quality of our intention and attention, resulting in a kind of visual energy map, symbolic of our inner world.

Suitable for all levels of ability, materials provided.

Cost: Sliding scale £50/ £40/ £25

At Trinity Saint David College, Lampeter  SA48 7ED

Celebrating 60 years of the British Wheel of Yoga with a weekend of yoga, discussion and reflection led by Wales-based yoga teachers, scholars and wellbeing experts. Together, we’ll explore the theme of ‘Harmony’ - how reconnecting with nature, community and mindful practice can help restore balance in ourselves and the world.

I will be exhibiting my artwork and holding a workshop to co-create a nature mandala for the event.
